The Eternal Thinker

Yeah I know.. it's been a while since I visited the Bloggersville.

It's not entirely that I'm so buried up in works so that I never get an inch of time.. For some part, I was intentionally keeping myself away from Bloggersville. I remember the times when I started this blog - years ago I suppose. I never cared much about all this blogging stuff. Then there was this period when I occasionally posted on random topics related to me. And after all that, I came face-to-face with some real blogs. On a slight note.. The Compulsive Confessor was my first ever inspiration to true blogging! :) Again, another blog inspired me to start with custom blog designs.. and so on, and so forth.

Over the time, blogging has grown into a huge, popular, sophisticated organism.. touching every corners of life and bringing together a virtual community. In a large enough society.. pretensions, greediness and self-interest are unavoidable. And I know, that some are totally enjoying it. I recently discovered that my reading list of blogs has grown so big; bigger than what you see in the sidebars; so huge that my time started getting screwed up in front of the computer, unread posts staring at me and floating around my head, and sometimes.. even MY blog gives me that dirty look "Do you even care that I exist? I need a new post, I need some more widgets!".

When the college re-opened, there was an obvious time clash due to the inertia of my vacation-habits to fade away. At some point I had to take a break from Bloggersville. But then, I was surprised by the amount of free time that popped out. I must be terribly drowned in blogging!
Well, I didn't mean to give you the misunderstanding that this is my last note on blogging. :D . If you ever make a quick try to trace the origins of this blog, you'll find out a drastic change in the tone and the topic of the posts. In that sense, this may be yet another change in perspective. It happens, with a yet unsettled mind! :)
I'm still a teenager, even though at the edge of the cliff! :d

Update:
This post is now published for the second time, being deleted once from this blog, partly related to an event going around through 2 other posts at ma friend's blog:
>> Why do People blog?
>> A reference too harsh

This post is edited,of course.. but not too much. Peace and fine. :)

  1. Jump off that cliff and see you can fly or not. You might be surprised... and fell splat in the sea or ground below.

I used to maintain a diary, but blogging is better because I can have colours, pics etc. My diary got stolen a few times and no body can steal my blog now. :)

I understand how wonderful life is when you are young and (maybe) have so much time in your hands. Move too fast and you'll miss the flowers along the way.

I am feeling a bit nice today. :P

What!?! Can't I bid you a jolly farewell.

All right so let me say “Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.”(JRR Tolkien) NAH!!!

    Scrap that one.

    This is better- (Ahem AHEM)

“The play is done; the curtain drops,
Slow falling to the prompter's bell
A moment yet the actor stops
And looks around to say farewell.
It is an irksome word and task:
And when he's laughed and said his say,
He shows, as he removes the mask,
A face that's anything but gay.”

  3. You are growing up et :-) ... and evolving... and I am sure there are many blogs that will give you what you need... just like there are different kind of books for different readers...

The ones that irritate you now... will probably give some others joy... we all passed on our comic books as we grew up...

Blogger or otherwise... blog reader or no... have a good life :-)
